Pick a lesson, prompt with a description or a picture, and get a short story that stays within the letter sounds your child is learning. Continue the story when you want more practice.
On the stories page you can click on words to highlight the vowel and consonant graphemes. You can also turn this on for the whole story, including highlighting irregular words.
Jen Stories follows the sequence of the University of Florida Literacy Institute (UFLI) curriculum, but it can be used with any phonics-based curriculum. For more information and materials see the UFLI Lesson Resources. Jen Stories was not created or endorsed by UFLI.
